Our annual offsite this year landed us in Almaty, Kazakhstan—a city with snowy peaks, warm food, and even warmer people. From cable car rides to Kok Tobe (cue the team selfies) to haggling over dried fruits at Green Bazaar, we swapped spreadsheets for stories and deadlines for dance floors.
There were laughs, inside jokes, a snowball fight or two, and surprisingly deep conversations at unexpected places—like over shashlik at a roadside stall.
We came back with full hearts, frozen toes, and way too many group photos. Work can wait. Almaty memories? Never.
